I started with P90X Lean routine from JanuaryApril 2010 and continued with P90X Classics routine from MayJuly 2010.

Then I did some various random workouts on my own and around mid August 2010, I started to follow workouts.

I usually log my workout daily at my other blog: Stay Fit and Healthy.
