I started with P90X Lean routine from January– April 2010 and continued with P90X Classics routine from May – July 2010.
Then I did some various random workouts on my own and around mid August 2010, I started to follow Bodyrock.tv workouts.
I usually log my workout daily at my other blog: Stay Fit and Healthy.

Hi there! I found your blog from your profile on Bodyrock.tv – I was looking for some nice and easy recipes and I must say I love some of your really simple ideas – like the sweet potato and yogurt, YUM! Looking forward to trying some of your tasty recipes 🙂
